Dunno I am just sharing what lead me to share and the person joined + validated he had similar concerns but everyone was quiet internally.

I told my ex-coworkers after getting laid off. I said it's better to look on these platforms before joining a new company, so you get a better understanding of the company culture.

With family, I only told my brother and my girlfriend. My brother joined, but my girlfriend didn't, since she wasn't sure about anonymity. For them, just a casual conversation.
